1. Acceptance of terms

Your access to or use of the service means you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.

3. Service plans & payment

SpaMini offers a free trial plan and paid monthly plans. Fees are clearly stated in the app and on the website.

Paid plans may renew automatically; you may cancel at any time before the renewal date. Amounts already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required otherwise by law.

4. User responsibilities

You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to affect the operation of the system.

Spa owners are responsible for the lawfulness of the customer data they enter and for having obtained customer permission.

5. Data & content

You retain all rights to the data you create. You grant SpaMini the right to process that data for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SpaMini is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Changes to terms

We may amend these terms. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
